MENTHEUSE-BASED COCKTAIL BY JULIEN ESCOT

 

MONTROSE RECIPE

2 cl of Mentheuse

3 cl of gin

2 cl of fresh lemon juice

3 cl of apricot puree

1 spring of mint

 

Pour the first four ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes

Shake hard

Filter using an ice colander over a rocks glass filled with ice cubes

Garnish with a sprig of mint

GINGER COOLER RECIPE

4 cl of Bourbon

2 cl of Mentheuse

8 cl of Ginger Ale

1 lemon zest

 

Pour the first three ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes

Stir with a mixing spoon

Garnish with lemon zest

3 cl of Mentheuse

3 cl of brandy Poire William

1 mint leaf

 

Pour the first two ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes

Stir with a mixing spoon

Filter using the ice colander over a small bowl

Garnish with a mint leaf
