La Mentheuse was born from a common desire of three Languedoc friends, Lionel and Dominique Albano and Frédéric Bion. Coming from the wine and gastronomy sector, having a soft spot for digestive liqueurs of yesteryear with a strong character, they wanted to drink local and less alcoholic.
